Newstar Stone team worked closely with the architect and contractor to realize elevation design for Residential Building in Varna, Bulgaria.

The stone pieces for this building outside are custom manufactured using G682 granite. The stone panels for the fish design pattern on the jamb and arch used not only the Newstar technology, but also the design craftsmanship and experience of the Newstar Stone team.

These products cover column, pedestal, step, floorboard, cap, fence, cornice, door frame, window frame, ashlar masonry, plinth, stone architrave etc.

Design Assist – Newstar Stone team reviewed design details for the project, and provided feedback to confirm design feasibility. Newstar Stone design team use AutoCAD, Revit or other BIM software products as required.

Construction Assist – The design team provided installation guidelines, answered questions to detail the anchoring conditions for the stone panels.

Color Matching – Newstar team took control sample and got the granite G682 block to ensured consistent color and structural properties for all different types of panels – column modules and capitals, cornices, trim for window surrounds and entry way, wall coping at higher elevation …etc.

Custom Molds, Manufacturing – The CAD department took architect’s design details, and developed drawings. The structural support, installation anchors, connection details were pre-engineered during this phase.
